AD Duty Probe of Steel Cylinders from China Delayed. The International Trade Administration has postponed until April 28 its final antidumping duty determination on high pressure steel cylinders from China. This delay was requested by an exporter that accounts for a significant proportion of exports of subject merchandise. Suspension of liquidation of affected entries will be extended accordingly.
