Preliminary Results of New Shipper Review of Shrimp from Vietnam. In a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on frozen warmwater shrimp from Vietnam, the International Trade Administration has preliminarily determined that the reviewed manufacturer/exporter did not make sales of subject merchandise to the U.S. below fair market value during the period Feb. 1, 2010, through Jan. 31, 2010. If these results are finalized, entries of subject merchandise produced and exported by this company would no longer be subject to AD duty cash deposits.
