AD Duty Order on Chinese Garlic Likely to be Continued. In its sunset review of the antidumping duty order on fresh garlic from China, the International Trade Administration has issued a final determination that revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at a rate of 376.67%. If the International Trade Commission determines that revocation would also be likely to lead to a continuation or recurrence of material injury to a U.S. industry, this order will be continued for another five years; otherwise, it will be revoked.
