AD/CV Probes of Wire Hangers, Wind Towers Launched. The International Trade Commission has initiated antidumping and/or countervailing injury investigations of steel wire garment hangers from Taiwan and Vietnam. A conference will be held in connection with these investigations on Jan. 20 and requests to appear at this conference are due by Jan. 18. Written submissions for the record should be submitted no later than Jan. 25. The ITC’s preliminary determinations are due by Feb. 13.

The ITC has also initiated AD and/or CV injury investigations of utility scale wind towers from China and Vietnam. The ITC’s conference on this investigation will be held Jan. 19 and requests to appear are due by Jan. 17. Written submissions are due no later than Jan. 24. The ITC’s preliminary determinations are due by Feb. 13.
