Extension of New Shipper Review of Pipe and Tube from Mexico. The International Trade Administration has extended from Dec. 25 to April 23, 2012, the time limit for the preliminary results of its new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on seamless refined copper pipe and tube from Mexico. The ITA states that this review is extraordinarily complicated because of the petitioners’ allegations concerning the corporate structure of one respondent and the petitioner’s request that the review be rescinded. This review could result in individual AD duty rates for the shippers under review.
