AD Duty Order on Vanadium from Russia Likely to be Continued. An expedited sunset review of the antidumping duty order on ferrovanadium and nitride vanadium from Russia has persuaded the International Trade Administration that the revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping at rates ranging from 3.75% to 108%. If the International Trade Commission finds that revocation would also be likely to result in continued injury to a U.S. industry, this order will be continued for another five years; otherwise, it will be revoked.
