Amended CV Duty Rates for Hot-Rolled Steel from India. The International Trade Administration has amended the final results of its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from India for the period Jan. 1 through Dec. 31, 2008. Pursuant to a court order, the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess CV duties at the rate of 102.74% on entries of subject merchandise from the reviewed exporter during the period of review and to establish a new CV cash deposit rate of 102.74% for entries of subject merchandise from that exporter that are entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Dec. 14.
