Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

Final Results of Admin Review of Steel Pipe from Mexico. The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded non-alloy steel pipe from Mexico for the period Nov. 1, 2009, through Oct. 31, 2010. The ITA has determined that the respondents in this review had no reviewable sales, shipments or entries of subject merchandise during this period. The ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to liquidate any existing entries of merchandise produced by the respondents but exported by other parties at the all-others rate of 32.62%. In addition, AD cash deposit rates for entries of subject merchandise exported by the respondents will continue to be the rates in effect from the most recent administrative review.
