Preliminary Results of New Shipper Review of Frozen Fish from Vietnam. In its new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on frozen fish fillets from Vietnam, the International Trade Administration has preliminarily determined that subject merchandise produced and exported by the reviewed company was not sold at less than normal value in the U.S. during the period Aug. 1, 2010, through Jan. 31, 2011. If these preliminary results are upheld the ITA will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess AD duties on any entries of subject merchandise for which the importer-specific rates are above de minimis, and no AD cash deposits will be required for future entries of subject merchandise produced and exported by the reviewed company.
