New Cash Deposit Rates for Citric Acid from China. The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its administrative review of the countervailing duty order on citric acid and certain citrate salts from China for the period Sept. 19, 2008, through Dec. 31, 2009. Net subsidy rates range from 5.65% to 16.13%. These rates will be used to determine AD duties assessed on entries of subject merchandise made during the period of review, and cash deposits at these rates will be required for entries of subject merchandise until further notice.
