Review of Steel Pipe from China Rescinded. The International Trade Administration has rescinded its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on circular welded carbon quality steel pipe from China for the period July 1, 2010, through June 30, 2011, based on the timely withdrawal of the requests for review. As a result, AD duties on entries of subject merchandise from the named exporters that were made during the period of review will be assessed at rates equal to the cash deposit of estimated AD duties required at the time of entry.
