AD Duty on Japanese Cement to be Continued. In its sunset review of the antidumping duty order on gray portland cement and cement clinker from Japan, the International Trade Commission has determined that revocation of this order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury to an industry in the U.S. within a reasonably foreseeable time. As a result, this order will be continued for another five years.
