New Dumping Margins Proposed for Chinese Garlic. The International Trade Administration has issued the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on fresh garlic from China for the period Nov. 1, 2009, through Oct. 31, 2010. Dumping margins range from $0.20/kg to $4.71/kg. If these margins are finalized they will be used to determine AD duties assessed on entries of subject merchandise made during the period of review, and cash deposits at these rates will be required for future entries.
