New Shipper Review of Chinese Steel Nails Rescinded. The International Trade Administration has rescinded its new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on certain steel nails from China for the period Aug. 1, 2009, through Aug. 5, 2010. The ITA is taking this step because the respondent’s single sale of subject merchandise to the U.S. did not constitute a bona fide transaction. In light of this rescission, AD cash deposits of 118.04% will be collected for any entries of subject merchandise produced or exported by the respondent.
