Preliminary AD/CV Injury Vote on Pipe from Four Countries. The International Trade Commission will hold an open meeting Dec. 9 in Washington, D.C., to hold a preliminary vote in its antidumping and countervailing injury investigations of circular welded carbon-quality steel pipe from India, Oman, the United Arab Emirates and Vietnam. If the ITC’s votes are affirmative the International Trade Administration will continue its AD/CV duty investigations; otherwise, the proceedings will be terminated and no AD or CV duties will be imposed.
