Zero Rate for New Shipper of Honey from Argentina. The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on honey from Argentina. The ITA determined that during the period Dec. 1, 2009, through Nov. 30, 2010, the reviewed exporter did not dump subject merchandise in the U.S. As a result, no AD cash deposits will be required on entries of subject merchandise from this exporter that are entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Nov. 30.
