Final Results of Review of PET Film from Korea. The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyethylene terephthalate film, sheet and strip from Korea for the period Jun 1, 2009, to May 31, 2010. The dumping margin for the sole reviewed manufacturer is 0.32% (de minimis). AD duties will be assessed on any covered entries if the importer-specific (or customer-specific) assessment rate is above de minimis.

The ITA revoked this order effective Oct. 20, 2010. As a result, cash deposit requirements for entries of subject merchandise from Korea were discontinued as of that date. In addition, the ITA is now revoking this order as of May 31, 2010, with respect to the reviewed exporter based on the absence of dumping in each of the three most recent administrative reviews. The ITA is therefore rescinding its ongoing administrative review of this exporter for the period June 1, 2010, through May 31, 2011.
