Preliminary Rescission of New Shipper Review of Chlorinated Isocyanurates
Preliminary Rescission of New Shipper Review of Chlorinated Isocyanurates. The International Trade Administration has preliminarily determined to rescind its new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on chlorinated isocyanurates from China after determining that the named producer/exporter did not report all of its sales and entries of subject merchandise to the U.S. If this rescission is finalized, this company’s shipments of subject merchandise to the U.S. will be assessed AD duties at the China-wide rate, which is currently under review as part of the ITA’s administrative review of this order for the period June 1, 2010, through May 31, 2011. In addition, the cash deposit rate for such shipments will continue to be the per-unit China-wide rate.
