Injury Votes on Urea, Pipe, Cement. The International Trade Commission will hold an open meeting Nov. 15 at which it will conduct a vote in its sunset review of the antidumping duty orders on solid urea from Russia and Ukraine.

Separately, the ITC will meet Nov. 17 in open session to vote in its sunset reviews of the AD duty orders on welded stainless steel pipe from Korea and Taiwan and gray portland cement and cement clinker from Japan.

If the ITC’s votes are affirmative, these orders will be continued for another five years; otherwise, they will be revoked.
