Partial Revocation of AD Duty Order on Polyester Fiber from China
Partial Revocation of AD Duty Order on Polyester Fiber from China. The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on polyester staple fiber from China for the period June 1, 2009, through May 31, 2010. Dumping margins range from zero to 4.44%. These margins will be used to determine assessments of AD duties on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review, and cash deposits at these rates will be required for entries of subject merchandise on or after Nov. 9. However, no cash deposits will be required for entries from exporters with a zero or de minimis rate.
The ITA is also revoking this order with respect to subject merchandise manufactured and exported by two respondents.
