USTR Gathering Input on Latest Zeroing Complaints at WTO

The Office of the U.S. Trade Representative is accepting comments on the issues raised in a World Trade Organization complaint filed by China concerning U.S. antidumping duty measures on certain shrimp and diamond sawblades. China alleges that the Department of Commerce improperly calculated dumping margins in these proceedings by the use of zeroing. Comments should be submitted no later than Dec. 7 to be assured of timely consideration.
