Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

Final Results of Review of Pasta from Turkey. In the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on pasta from Turkey for the period July 1, 2009, through June 30, 2010, the International Trade Administration has determined that the sole respondent was not the first party in the transaction chain to have knowledge that the subject merchandise was destined for the U.S. and is thus not considered the exporter for purposes of this review. The ITA will, however, instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to liquidate any existing entries of merchandise produced by a separate company and exported by the respondent at the all-others rate of 51.49%. The cash deposit rate for subject merchandise from the respondent will continue to be the company-specific rate established in the final results of the most recent administrative review in which it participated.
