New AD Duty Rates for Activated Carbon from China. The International Trade Administration has issued the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on activated carbon from China, with dumping margins ranging from zero to $2.42/kg. These rates will be used to determine the AD duties assessed on entries of subject of merchandise made during the period of review, and cash deposits at these rates will be required for entries of subject merchandise on or after Oct. 31.

The ITA has also rescinded this review with respect to one respondent after determining that it had no shipments of subject merchandise to the U.S. during the period of review.
