Oct. 31 – deadline for requests to initiate administrative reviews of AD and/or CV duty orders or suspension agreements for the period Oct. 1, 2010, through Sept. 30, 2011

Nov. 1 – deadline for comments on issues addressed in an Oct. 18 roundtable on conflict mineral rules

Nov. 2 – Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg webinar on customs duty drawback

Nov. 2 – meeting of Consumer Product Safety Commission’s Chronic Hazard Advisory Panel on Phthalates

Nov. 2 – effective date of final rule requiring provisional measures during an AD/CV investigation to normally take the form of a cash deposit

Nov. 3 – deadline for comments on draft programmatic environmental impact statement that analyzes the potential environmental and socioeconomic effects associated with U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s ongoing and potential future activities along the U.S.-Canada border

Nov. 4 – deadline for comments on proposed revocation or modification of classification rulings on grills, chemicals and homeopathic remedies

Nov. 4 – deadline for comments on patent enforcement in China
