Remedial Action Imposed for Patent Infringement of Inkjet Ink Cartridges

The International Trade Commission has determined that the importation, sale for importation and sale within the U.S. after importation of certain inkjet ink cartridges with print heads and components thereof is violating specified patents. The ITC has therefore issued a general exclusion order prohibiting the entry of infringing ink cartridges. A bond of 100% of the entered value will be required to permit the temporary importation of subject items during the 60-day presidential review period.
