Preliminary Results of Review of Chinese Hangers. The International Trade Administration has issued the preliminary results of its administrative review of the antidumping duty order on steel wire garment hangers from China for the period Oct. 1, 2009, through Sept. 30, 2010, with dumping margins ranging from 16.64% to 187.25%. If finalized, these rates will be used to determine assessment rates on entries of subject merchandise during the period of review and cash deposit requirements for future entries. The ITA has also preliminarily determined to rescind this review with respect to two respondents based on their certification that they made no shipments of subject merchandise to the U.S. during the period of review.
