Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

Revocation of AD Duty Order on Korean Sawblades. The International Trade Administration has revoked the antidumping duty order on diamond sawblades and parts thereof from Korea, effective Oct. 24. This revocation reflects the ITA’s implementation of a World Trade Organization decision against the use of zeroing with respect to this AD duty order. The ITA will now instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to liquidate without regard to AD duties all entries of the subject merchandise entered or withdrawn from warehouse for consumption on or after Oct. 24 and to discontinue the collection of cash deposits of AD duties.
