Sandler, Travis & Rosenberg Trade Report

The International Trade Administration has issued the preliminary results of its changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium. The ITA has preliminarily determined that Aperam Stainless Belgium N.V. is the successor-in-interest to ArcelorMittal Stainless Belgium N.V. and is therefore entitled to receive the same AD duty treatment. This determination is based on evidence that the corporate name change to Aperam has not significantly changed the operations of the company and that the production facilities, supplier relationships, management and customer base of Aperam are substantially unchanged from their status prior to the name change.
