Public Interest Input Sought in Section 337 Probe of Marine Sonar Imaging Systems

The presiding administrative law judge in the Section 337 investigation of certain marine sonar imaging systems, products containing the same and components thereof recently issued a final initial determination and recommended determination on remedy and bonding. The ITC is seeking input by Aug. 18 on any public interest issues raised by the recommended relief (i.e., a limited exclusion order and cease and desist orders against certain respondents) should it find a violation of Section 337.
