Knowledge of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule is essential for anyone involved in the importation, exportation, production or distribution of automotive products. This seminar provides instructions on how to assign accurate tariff classification to auto-related goods and materials for both border crossing and NAFTA purposes.

DEVIN PAULK is Director of Client Services at Sandler & Travis Trade Advisory Services Inc., resident in the Detroit office. Mr. Paulk provides customs managed services for large-scale importers in the automotive, locomotive, consumer goods, pharmaceutical and diagnostics industries, including broker management, duty deferral, free trade agreement qualification, solicitation, post-entry, conflict mineral and classification services. He holds a J.D. from the University of Detroit Mercy, an M.B.A. from Oakland University, and a B.S. in Chemistry from Michigan State University.
