CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS


If you do not receive a reservation confirmation at least two weeks before the seminar, please contact our office at marketing@strtrade.com for seminars or webinarorganizers@strtrade.com for webinars.

If you are eligible for a discount for a seminar, please email marketing@strtrade.com with your information and we will get back to you within two business days or sooner.

WEBINAR REGISTRATION:

You will be asked to complete one last step upon receipt of payment and registration, where you will be only asked to enter your first/last name and email address to confirm registration. An email with the final step to register will be sent, please be sure to read in its entirety. Once your final registration has been approved (approval is contingent upon payment acceptance by the credit card or PayPal system), you will receive login details within one business day. If you did not pay you are automatically removed from registration and will not receive notice.

To Test Your Connection: Click the link to download the GoToMeeting Connection Wizard. Save the application to your desktop and double-click to open it. Then follow the step-by-step instructions. The GoToWebinar system we utilize for webinars logs email address, IP address and time spent on the webinar. Only one attendee is allowed per registration per payment. Unregistered participants will be emailed an invoice for services rendered. Only those registered, attended and paid are eligible to receive CCS points and materials for the webinar.

All paid registrants will receive a copy of the slide presentation and a link to the full recording of the webinar within 1-2 business days after the conclusion of the webinar. You will have an opportunity to log questions during the webinar. If the presenter cannot get to your question during the webinar, the presenter will respond directly via email within 5 business days.

Important Notes: We use GoToWebinar for all of our webinars. Our webinars are wholly internet audio based and require computer speakers to listen. You do not have to have a headset in order to participate, only computer speakers. A minimum of 256kbps for streaming audio are required to hear/view the webinar without incident. Any dial-in numbers provided are NOT toll-free, so any and all of your standard phone rates may apply. The login link you will receive upon approval of registration is only for the individual registered and may not be shared. Only one registered user per login, any additional logins not registered or duplicate emails will be seen as non-registered users and will be sent an invoice for services rendered.
